Appointment & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable 25% deposit is collected when your appointment is booked and applied toward your service total on the day of your visit.

We understand that plans sometimes change. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. With sufficient notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. Deposits are forfeited as a late-cancellation fee when less than 24 hours’ notice is provided.

To ensure a fantastic experience, we work by appointment only, so the focus is entirely on you. One client at a time. No "double booking" or rushing to get to the next appointment.
